The main responsibilities are:
- Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
- Perform maintenance and repair services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.
- Participate in solution of job-related problems.
- Provide technical support directly to the customer.
- Detect problems and repairing machinery.
Perfil del candidato
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Minimum two (2) years of experience with similar job. Excellent interpersonal skills, neat and professional presentation, communication, conflict resolution and working well with others. Self-starter, analytical thinking and problem solving. Proficient in English.
