Perfil del candidato
At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Development and practical knowledge of recruitment and training. Previous work in companies with headcounts larger than 500, as well as background in the aeronautical or automotive sectors. Leadership, proactivity, creativity, drive. Fluent english.
