The main responsibilities are:
- Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Be responsible for the development and successful relationship with dealers
- Design and implement a strategic business plan in order to increase customer base
- Have a clear understanding of Mexican market by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
- Elaborate sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to board executives as well as establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales
Perfil del candidato
Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience as Sales Manager in similar companies related to Machinery Industry. Organization, ability to work under pressure, likely to work in a start-up. English is necessary
