Descripción de la vacante

The main responsibilities are to:

  • Create and impart monthly training courses for the sales force and salary staff
  • Budget training and material costs
  • Assist in the development of training courses and/or training calendar
  • Detect areas of opportunity and develop need strategies for training
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external training
  • Evaluate training effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other departments to update training content

Perfil del candidato

Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Economics, or Organizational Psychology. Certification in Training Administration or Instructor is preferred. Experience in training, organizational effectiveness, training material development, budgeting and the Kirkpatrick Model Levels 1 & 2. Must have 3 to 5 years in training and development area. Ability to comfortably impart courses for large audiences. Must have strong leadership skills and be able to lead and work in a team environment. Availability to travel 90% of the time. Fluent in English and Spanish.
