The main responsibilities are :
- Support management by providing analysis for evaluating new business opportunities
- Demonstrate technical, negotiation, and selling skills to distributor partners, engaging, and enabling them in selling division products and service portfolio.
- Develop a strategic distribution business plan to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals through strategic distribution partners.
- Maintain and leverage distributor relationships, including evaluating and rating existing distributors and identifying potential new distributors to serve new markets/client needs.
- Build team relationships with other Sales and Operational staff to maximize sales revenues and gross profit growth
- Manage a full training on distribution partners, coaching on best practices and partnering with other BDM on sales opportunities through distribution
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
BS Degree in Scientific disciplines. At least 3 years of experience, selling related products and managing distributors within chemical industries . Strong knowledge on Clinical Chemistry, Diagnostics and Quality Control Measurements.Organization, Customer Service orientation, Proactivity and strong will to make things happen. Fluent English level is mandatory.
