Descripción

The main responsibilities:
* Understand customer processes for new product introduction, demand planning, forecasting, product quality, warranty support, business reviews and scorecard evaluation
* Use customer knowledge to establish a strategic vision and new processes within the MES product development, forward logistics, reverse logistics and product quality organizations
* Work internally with other departments to ensure ongoing activities align with customer expectations
* Weekly: Handle all customer meetings related to supply chain, produce weekly status reports to account team and supply chain
* Monthly: Produce monthly status reports to account team and supply chain, review monthly achievements with finance for AR / AP, Handle and attend all customer meetings related to supply chain

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

Job Requirements
· Bachelor' degree in Import Export, Supply Chain or equivalent
· 3-4 years' experience in similar role
· Ability to interact effectively at multiple levels
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Strong relationship-building skills
