The KPIs Coordinator will oversee the development and monitoring of key performance indicators to ensure the smooth operation of the Accounting & Finance department in the industrial/manufacturing industry. This role requires a highly organised professional with a strong analytical background and a passion for driving efficiency and accuracy.

Descripción

  • Design and implement key performance indicators to track departmental objectives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize financial processes and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
  • Generate detailed performance reports for management review.
  • Provide recommendations based on data insights to enhance decision-making.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

A successful KPIs Coordinator should have:

  • Advanced English is REQUIRED.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with the industrial/manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
