Your Impact

  • Deliver resolution for assigned issues, requests, and project implementation efforts.
  • Support the Head of Finance Systems Support through resolution of helpdesk cases working independently with non-technical end-users to ensure their ability to perform in this mission-driven organization.
  • Conduct discussion with internal customer stakeholders to identify process and data challenges.
  • Resolve process and technology requests in the areas of general accounting, receivables, payables, travel and expense report processing, consolidations, planning, treasury management, and related data management.
  • Document and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure business procedures and data management policies are followed to ensure data and case accuracy and control.
  • Create diagrams, documentation, and plans as necessary for successful resolution and implementation.
  • Work with different groups within the organization (accounting, FP&A, IT, and operations) to resolve inquiries and requests.
  • Operate at a controlled pace and flow, managing time effectively, based on a constant level of inquiries and requests.
  • Be fully engaged in deployment activities by providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer to process and project teams in accordance with service delivery standards.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

At a minimum, you will have:

  • Familiarity or implementation/development experience with one of the following applications: NetSuite, Concur, Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud, OneStream, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central.
  • Experience with Cloud and Enterprise Applications and developing strategies and recommendations for Cloud-enabled solutions including key aspects of configuration, architecture, migration, and security.
  • Professional services and/or accounting, finance, or FP&A industry experience.
  • Experience presenting to executive management.
  • Ability and eagerness to constantly learn and teach others.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 10%.

Qué Ofrecemos

Preferably, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT, or related field.
  • 3 years of systems support experience handling customer requests and inquiries.
  • Understanding of typical software development lifecycles (Waterfall, Agile) and their associated lifecycle artifacts.
  • Experience with and knowledge of shared ticketing and workspace systems such as ServiceDesk, Jira, Smartsheet, or Monday.
  • Experience optimizing finance operations, such as order to cash, procure to pay, treasury functions, chart of accounts redesign, or financial close and consolidation experience.
  • Experience in performing analysis, triage, and documentation around problems and requests related to financial business processes and systems.
  • Polite, friendly, and helpful customer service and communications skills.
  • Experience with identifying and correcting problems in imperfect data and processes.
  • Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations.
  • Knowledge of and experience in operationalizing IT governance and service delivery models and/or certifications in the following areas: CISSP, CPA, MBA, Six Sigma, The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Cloud technologies, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
