  • Growth Strategy: Implement strategies to increase the number of nights offered in the region.



● Cost Optimization: Monitor and reduce the cost per night sold while maintaining high service quality.

● Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators related to nights offered, cost per night sold, and COS as a percentage of revenue.

● Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive dynamics.

● Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the regional team and the HQ office to align growth initiatives with regional goals.

● Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive regional growth.

● Financial Management: Assist in managing regional budgets and financial performance to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.



● 5+ years of experience in a growth/marketing role.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in growth and performance tracking software and tools.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

● You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations.

● You are motivated by taking ownership of your tasks and driving continuous improvement.

● Fluency in English is mandatory.
