The main responsibilities are:
- Plan, analyze and coordinate software automation of complex business processes for internal customers and external interfaces in the context of cloud ordering and SaaS products.
- Perform key role in application specification, custom development, process/technical documentation, testing, and implementation.
- Interact intensively with internal customers and development leaders.
- Coordinate user support while playing key roles on large projects.
- Operate under minimal supervision, with latitude for visioning, project management and cross-team communication
Perfil del candidato
Minimum of 4-5 years professional experience required in a business analyst, IT analyst or programmer role. Demonstrated proficiency with eBusiness, eCommerce or SaaS provisioning of software products is preferred. SAP and SalesForce experienice is a big plus
