The main responsabilities are:
* Proactively identifying IT processes, infrastructure, and operational gaps, devising remediation plans, ensuring proper and planful transition to sustain, and overseeing remediation efforts
* Conducts frequent risk assessments and coordinates disaster recovery and controls testing and reporting.
* Identifies and initiates service improvement plans for remediating critical Infrastructure gaps
* Conducts risk assessment and updates the IT risk register, and provides remediation estimates in preparation for AOP
* Coordinates control testing and reporting per frequency
* Partners with DevOps teams to provide sustain requirements at project blueprint phase
* Governs the Change Mgmt process and attends all related CABs
* Owns landscape monitoring, ensures all Cis are included, and governs the alert mgmt. process
Perfil del candidato
Bachelor of Computer Science, with broad experience in Infrastructure and application operation for multinational companies.
