  • Leading the design, development, and implementation of AI models and solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop AI applications to meet these needs.
  • Mentoring engineers and promoting of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Staying updated with the latest AI trends and technologies and incorporating them into our systems as applicable.
  • Ensuring the ethical use of AI in all our solutions.
  • Regularly reporting on project progress to senior management.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinating with the technology team to ensure smooth deployment of AI solutions.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

A successful Lead AI Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading AI projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and AI models.
  • Excellent leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
