The responsabilities are:
-Train and mentor members of the Valvoline Product Support Team.
-Assist Product Support Supervisor with communications to the team and scheduling.
-Serve as the point of escalation for customer issues/complaints and as acting supervisor in the Product Support Supervisor's absence.
-Assist Claims Coordinator in timely processing and fulfillment of product claims.
-Serve as the team's go-to answering questions and provide feedback to supervisor to help the team improve.
Perfil del candidato
Bachelor Degree with 2 years experience in customer service or call center, attending queries, questions, and doubts of customers. Experience trainning or leading temas in terms of the customer service. The most important skill here is client service and experience in it. Fluent English, direct manager is in the USA. American Visa to tavel to the states for the trainning of the position.
