This position is to provide an effective and efficient service to our external customers aligned to the service level agreements implemented with LoB's but also with Support Departments as Legal & Compliance, through an accurate execution of Client Management processes but always alert to identify and fix at the proper time the different risk we faced in our daily operation.


Daily following up with clients regarding necessary changes such as entity name, address, legal representatives, among others as well as daily processing of loan disbursements, input of amortization tables, etc.

Onboarding of new customers within bank's systems, account opening, generation of balance confirmation letters, FIEL validations, response of official writs, but definitely the most complex challenge would be Customer Service, specifically to manage properly our customers' expectations.

Management of the priorities with the LoB's specifically with the RM's seeking to provide clear visibility of the status of our customers' requests and in case of an urgent case, this role must be able to illustrate the impact on our BAU operation in order to have an objective/constructive dialog with the Relationship Managers, getting a soft agreement about how the priority/attention of the cases will be changed.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

3/4 years in Managing Projects, having roles related with Customer Service.

1/2 years of experience in banking institutions.

- Knowledge in our internal policies.

- Knowledge in credit risk management

- Knowledge in market products

- Knowledge in our transactional system (T-24)Excellent organizational and communication skills


Team Work Skills in work with many tasks at the same time
