This position is to attend business/regulatory/audit requirements related with credit operations. Because of the volume of activities required in terms of configuration of credit & market facilities, regulatory reports for Credit Bureau, review/validation of documentations and customers' files, quarterly inspections, conciliation of transactions using dual controls.
To attend daily Trade Operation aligned to the regulation, provide services in order to support other activities and customer's needs close all transactions on time, no delays are allowed because of the huge amount of money and transactions we are daily processing.
Monitor, control and administrate in our local systems all the renewals, news, increases or modifications in credit approvals ensuring that all required compliance documents have been completed.
Review/validate transactions through conciliations with dual controls.
Coordinate with Front Office internal operating flows to achieve efficient methods to ensure optimal levels of service and high quality controls always seeking MUFG benefits, through constant process analysis, KPI's, SLA's among others.
Ensure compliance of local and internal policies. Verify and constantly monitor of new internal and local policies/regulations in order to define action plans to ensure their compliance.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
3 to 4 years Demonstrating a strong understanding of middle office processes, local regulation credit regulation.
3 to 4 experience in banking institutions.
Knowledge in our internal policies.
Knowledge in credit risk management

Knowledge in our transactional system (T-24)
Position mainly related with customer support. For example, for the coordination of projects/initiatives we need someone with the right skill to adapt rapidly to changes in the strategy of project/initiatives executions, or definition of priorities.
