Summary: ensure the overall success of the company product categories in terms of revenue, volume and profit; in charge of product planning & line-up logic, pricing strategies, product lifecycle and new product launches readiness, as well as reviewing purchases and healthy inventory levels.

  • Develop innovative product strategies to enhance market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
  • Drive product development projects from concept to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

A successful Product Leader should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in the electronic industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive product strategy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
