Regional Manager-Business Development (Mexico & CA)

The main responsibilities are:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the industrial food, service, and retail sectors;
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape;
• Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones;
• Create and manage an international business development pipeline;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team;
• Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and forecasts;
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
• Support marketing efforts, including attending trade fairs;
• Ensure good communication between sales, customer service and manufacturing sites;
• Perform other duties as required.
