Descripción

The main responsibilities are:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our property solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Report on sales results, market conditions, and competition data.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients' needs.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise in the property sector.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients while paying strict attention to detail.
