Soporte a regiones de América, India y Asia, reportando directamente al líder de equipo global (22 miembros permanentes). Responsable de diseñar, optimizar y configurar procesos SAP PP de principio a fin, realizar debugging, conducir workshops con usuarios clave, probar y desplegar soluciones, documentar capacitaciones y colaborar con equipos multifuncionales. Se requiere mínimo 5 años de experiencia en PP y conocimientos en OTC.

Descripción

  • Provide SAP PP functional support for multiple global regions (Americas, India, potentially Asia).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive design decisions.
  • Lead workshops with key users to capture process needs and propose best practices for manufacturing processes.
  • Configure, test, and deploy SAP PP solutions, ensuring functionality, stability, and adherence to standards.
  • Perform debugging to identify and resolve functional issues (no coding required).
  • Develop process documentation and user training materials.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process integration, including OTC-related flows.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization in existing processes.
  • Provide post-implementation support and enhancements as needed.



Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP PP functional experience (6+ preferred).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes within SAP.
  • Knowledge of OTC processes and integration points.
  • Experience in global support environments, working across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong debugging skills to support issue resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a large global team.
