They must possess excellent financial and strategic analysis skills, along with proficiency in financial and accounting software. Strong communication and presentation abilities are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other departments. Additionally, advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access, is required. At least 5 years of experience in global manufacturing is required.
