The main responsibilities are to:
- Support USA and EMEA customers in all the aspects of working with ETL/ELT marketing product
- Customer Communications via Helpdesk, phone or video conference.
- Customer Problems Identifying/Researching and Escalating
- Solving Different Technical Data-Related Issues Using SQL, Postman, Kibana, etc.
- Covering Regular Cases with Documentation
- Working Cross-Functionally with Customer Success, Product, Analytics, and Engineering Teams
- Being An Expert of company's Product behind its Customers
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, System Engineering or related field. At least year of working experience in Technical Support Engineer, or similar role. SQL skills required as well as ideal experience working with 3rd party APIs (REST/SOAP). Customer Centricity attitude, excellent communication and listening skills. Advanced/Fluent English.
