The main responsibilities are:
- Manage and develop the Technical Support Team end-to-end: from hiring and onboarding to tasks assignment, performance reviews holding and mentoring
- Maintain and constantly improve the support processes: ticketing system, internal analytics, documentation, etc.
- Help our current team with solving technically complex issues in the ETL field
- Ensure our customers are happy and all the main KPIs are good
- Learn our product and constantly follow its updates
- Work with different departments such as Analytics, Engineering, Product, etc.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
Bachelor Degree in System Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field. At least 3 years of experience managing a technical support area, wide understanding of technical area KPI efficiency, Analytical and data-oriented approach to problem solving, Customer-first attitude. Familiarity with modern web services and APIs (REST). Fluent English.
